Refund policy

These are digital workbooks, ritual guides, and a free map. Access is delivered as soon as payment clears.

If you buy the wrong tool, or the file will not open, email thesacredbalanceco@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the email you used at checkout. We will replace the file or refund the order.

If you simply changed your mind after downloading, we may still refund within 7 days. After 7 days, purchases are final because the work cannot be returned.

Chargebacks without first writing to us delay access for everyone. Write first. We answer.
